Large pothole willian

by Sidewall

14 Mar 2010

As it is a national road I was travelling at approx 55-60mph along the road about 7pm. This meant it was dark and the pothole was harder to spot. My front passenger side wheel dropped into the pothole and forced the car to the centre of the road violently. The sidewall of my tyre was ruined and the alloy chipped. I drove to the garage this morning where they said the tyre was not driveable and would need to be replaced. Thus costing me >£150 as they are runflats.

Pothole location
Willian Rd, Hitchin, Hertfordshire SG4 0, UK
Status
Unfilled
