by andy1234 22 Mar 2010 I was travelling to work at night and a car was coming towards me so i moved out to the side of the road to pass the oncoming car when my left side of the car fell in to a 12 foot long 4 foot wide and 7inch deep pot hole. the damage to the car was 140 pounds for two new tyres. i put a claim form in and got the reply you cant get anthing cos you cant prove it was their fault which i think is totally un acceptable if a pot hole is that big how can they say it is not their fault. please reply to this cos i dont no what to do to go futher |
