Dear All, I just wanted to update you on my court case against St Helens Metropolitan Borough Council. Lots of people from here have shown interest in my case so I wanted to take an opportunity to bring you up-to-date with what is happening... I am not in court in June as previously advised, the case has been adjourned till 07 August 2007 at 10am. The council have submitted a new witness statement that basically says they knew about this pothole for sometime but they could not remember when they had marked it off for repair!!!?!!!... and they are blaming United Utilities for not doing the work!!!!... It is not even their fault!!!!
