Sheriff Av., Canley, Coventry

I was travelling along sheriff avenue, canley, coventry at 12:15 on 08/04/2010 (on my way back from a meeting held at PCMS house Torwood Close), my view ahead was obscured as I was following a transit van. I was distracted as the van suddenly swerved into the opposite carriageway at the traffic island just outside the shops. I soon realised why as I suddenly hit the pothole on the left hand side of the carriageway, damaging my front left alloy, and causing a puncture, even after breaking strongly.

I manged to travel to Britannia Tyres Coventry, immediately after the incident, where I was informed that the lack of air was caused by a damaged front wheel, as a result of the pothole incident.
