Edward Mercer Vs St Helens Council - update

Hi Everybody,
I just wanted to let update you on my court action against St Helens Council... see my previous posts... The trial has been adjourned till tomorrow at 10am and I believe the Judge will reach a verdict by noon... so I will let you all know how I have got on... without a solicitor AND with a stammer but I have not given in and sometimes you just have to stand up for what you believe is right... So hopefully I will win the case and win my damages of just £40.00... even though it has cost the council thousands and thousands of pounds to defend my claim.
Thank you to all of you who use this website who have been in touch with me since April giving me support and good wishes, it has meant a lot and I thank you for your friendship.
