On Wednesday the 31st of March 2010, I inadvertantly drove into thi spothole and heard a lod bang. On stopping I saw that my front left spring had become detatched and also damaged the tyre. |

Take a look at the "how to claim" section to see a step by step guide to going about claiming. If the council has not satisfied the guidelines they set out then they are liable and you have a chance of successfully claiming.
