Twice the repairs for the same money

by westhall

26 Apr 2010

Be Pothole Free is a new pothole repair business franchise developed by Aziz Tejpar in association with NuPhalt as a highly mobile fast reaction repair service. The average BPF repair cost is £70, less than half the cost of the traditional repair and it takes half the time. So a double bonus for cash strapped Councils but they are often tied up on contracts with traditional, expensive repirers. Maybe this should be an election issue?
The Be Pothole Free system uses infrared heat to "weld" the old material and a small amount of extra filling to the main substrate. This has the advantage of a seamless bond. Water cannot get between the new and old material which, when it freezes, causes the repair to fall apart again. Take a look at www.bepotholefree.co.uk and then ask your Council why they are not doing twice as many pothole repairs for the same budget.

If you want to send this to councils you can find the relevant contact details by visiting the "how to claim" page and then go to "council contact details".
