Hit this pothole, which is30 inches wide and 54 inches long on the left of a 10ft wide carriageway and filled with water. Numerous filled potholes on this road and collapsed verges.
My Suzuki Swift sport does not carry a spare so it was wait for recovery truck. Cost - £260 for new wheel, £160 for new tyre, £30 tracking and 2 70 mile round trips from home to stirling.

If you take a a look at the "how to claim" section there's a step-by-step guide on how to claim compensation. The first thing you need to assess is whether or not the council responsible for the road has maintained it as they have set out in their guidelines. If they haven't then you have a chance of claiming successfully.
