Monster Potholeby taff 04 May 2010 Whilst traveling from Honeybourne towards Bretforton along Gloster Ades Rd, I drove over said large pothole at a speed of about 45 miles per hour, of which made a large bang to the suspension front and rear on the nearside of the vehicle, I took photos of the crator as soon as it happened, as proof that it needed to be fixed, a week later ive noticed that my car is pulling to the left and outside of nearside tyre is scrubbing out, as a result and being as i have photos of the size of the pot hole i will be pushing to make a claim for obvious repair needed to my car, and notify relevant people to make sure the pot hole is fixed before anyone obtains greatly unwanted serious injury. |

If you are looking into making a claim then a visit to our "how to claim" section and a read through of our "step-by-step guide" should give you a good idea of the process and the best way to go about things. It should be noted that this road appears to be a minor rural road so it's maintenance will not be as high priority as more major roads. You need to look into your council's maintenance scheme and see whether they have been operating as set out in these guidelines. If they have not then you have a good chance of claiming.
