Having swerved to miss the first couple of potholes, I was forced by traffic back to the left hand side of the hole where I hit a further pot hole bending the back wheel of my Trek road bike. The potholes have been marked with yellow paint

Pothole location
Burton upon Stather, North Lincolnshire, UK
Status
Unfilled

If the council had inspected and highlighted these faults already then they would have had a set period of time within which to repair them according to their guidelines. By requesting a FOI act (see "how to claim" section) you can find out whether or not they were at fault and took too long to repair it or not ands and consequently whether they are liable and so your chances of successfully claiming.
