Holes on Otterbourne Hill |
|
|
by wendydoherty 31 May 2010 Despite having to regularly attend to collapsed drains (or not) Hampshire County Council last year submitted a statement to an appeal tribunal saying that our main roads in Otterbourne were not requiring above average maintenance. We (the locals) were fighting to have planning refused for a company who send heavy lorries full of rubble along our roads to a site on Poles Lane. Unfortunately, due to the lack of action of HCC, unrestricted lorry activity was granted. Our main roads have been full of holes since. |
