Rep[orted months ago: a few large potholes have been repaired, but after a month the repair is breaking up and the potholes are back. elsewhere great stretches of the road have never been repaired at all and the road is dreadful. I lived in Kosovo for a Year, and the roads were better than this, and they had been bombed! |
