....it's worth doing well.

Just a quick note to thank you for all the information and advice on your website. I followed your advice to the letter and today, some 3 months after submitting my claim I have received a letter from Surrey County Council advising that they will be settling my claim in full.

I am pleasantly surprised by the lack of fight from SCC, I had steeled myself for an almight row and never before has an anti-climax been so rewarding! Clearly they recognised a well-prepared and watertight claim when they saw one and without your help I fear my attempt would have been rather less successful.

I would urge others to do as advised within these pages. It may seem a little convoluted but believe you me when my cheque arrives for £500 it will all have been worth it.
