by spike62 18 Jun 2010 Went down a pothole early March and tyre burst instantly. There were a series of big holes and there was no avoiding them due to oncoming traffic. I took pictures with my camera phone and went on line and found this site. Followed all the procedure and sent claim for £149 for a new Dunlop tyre. The email address on this site for Oxfordhire Highways was spot on and after 3 months received a cheque back for full amount. Brilliant and thank you very much. |

It's always good to hear successful stories! Thanks for coming back and letting us know of your result. This may be the little bit of inspiration anyone being given the runaround by councils needs to get them over the hill and win their claim! It also shows that it is worthwhile pursuing the cause!
