I need advice please |

by jonnybungess 08 Jul 2010 copy on invoice for damage and reported to my Council. They have rejected the claim saying that given a system of inspection is in place they dont consider any neglegance on their behalf and have denied liability. They have accepted a pot hole developed and that other holes were reported but were dealt with. They have blamed weather conditions. The holes were appalling. Can someone help me please. |
