the whole road is destroyed

this whole road is destroyed it is a dissgrace were is the duty of care to the people of manchester ,it has been constantly reported and ignored it is rediculas they say it will be done I say when ,its not as if there is a manpower shortege or no money because I still pay my car tax so whats the problem I wonder.some one is not doing there job that we pay for I have reported it to my MP and the advertiser and will continue ,SORT IT!
