march 20th 2010 hubby and myself were coming back from
a night out .
the road we took coming back had no lights it was black the
pot hole was 2ft by 18ins we hit we took photo of it and sent it to the proper place . july 31st had a reply saying
every 92 days there is an inspector than travels along this road they said the report states there was no such pothole
when we said there was they are calling us liars when we are not and as you can imagne we are not very happy .
I still have the photo of the pothole in my camera
the company are zurich that have send me this letter
we had to buy a new tyre costing £63 45 there is no way
that we would of had to buy a new tyre if the pothole had not of been there . please help if you can I feel helpless
the council doesnt have a name for this r oad the road is about 1 mile from where I live
