this is a bad road in urgent need of repair the road has been patched but this is not good enough were isthe duty of care here to the people of manchester somone should sort it out |

This may be the work of utility companies - they are often responsible for the patchwork roads we have to put up with! There need to be stricter rules enforced on their repairwork and legislation on them tearing apart the road network, leaving it in disarray.
