Next to the crate

by EzraM

06 Sep 2010

I hit the pothole at approx. 11pm on sunday the 29th of august while driving a moped. The pothole caused damage to both my wheel rim and tyre, leaving the vehicle undrivable. I handled the impact and pulled over the the side of the road, and so other then the damage already stated no other damage was done to either the vehicle or my person. The vehicle was put into the back of a transit van and taken back to my place of residence, where it remains unrepaired.

That's a huge pothole! Looks like it arose from the drain cover - utility companies are frequently the cause of inadequate repairs to roads and patchwork surfaces. You need to look at the how to claim section. You may be directed towards the utility company in question.
